My name is Vernon King, and thank you for taking the time to review my resume as I pursue the opportunity to become part of your team.
I have served in ministry for more than 20 years, working with children, teenagers, young adults, and families in churches, schools, and organizations serving communities ranging from 50 to over 20,000 members. In addition to my ministry experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Technology.
I am also the author of The Intimacy & Sex Conversation, a bestselling resource designed to help families navigate safe, healthy, and effective conversations surrounding intimacy, relationships, and sex from both practical and faith-based perspectives.
I believe my background in ministry leadership, education, counseling, administration, and organizational development would make me a strong fit for your open position. As you will see throughout my resume, I have experience in church ministry, education, business management, leadership development, and marketing.
